Lutheran Social Services of WI & Upper MI in collaboration with Racine County is seeking a Mental Health Professional to join our team in the SAIL program in Racine. SAIL is a 13-bed, short-term crisis stabilization center for Racine County adult residents having mental health crisis.
The schedule may vary on occasion, but is primarily 3rd shift, 11:30 PM - 8:00 AM. This position has a starting pay rate of $16-$17/hr. This position also provides clinical supervision towards an APSW, LPC-IT, SAC-IT.
Under supervisor, this position will provide supervision, support and linkage to consumers experiencing a mental health crisis in the SAIL program (Stabilization, Access, Information and Linkage). The Mental Health Professional-SAIL gathers consumer data, provides general counseling, case management, and appropriate referrals to community resources and other duties as assigned. The Mental Health Professional-SAIL also provides guidance to others as needed. Duties may include non-standard work weeks.

The incumbent of this position must have a valid driver's license and have reliable transportation to perform the essential duties of the role; a motor vehicle check (MVR) with a satisfactory driving record per the LSS Driver Safety Procedure is required, and ability to meet LSS auto insurance requirements.

This position works in a community based residential environment. The incumbent will also be exposed to outdoor conditions when traveling on company business.
The noise level in the work environment is usually moderate.
TRAVEL: Ability to travel on day trips as required. Seldom overnight travel may be required.
