Job/Internship Description

We have an exciting opening for a motivated Intern on our Talent Development team.

Responsibilities will include, but not be limited to, the following:

  • Support all aspects of talent development programs and initiatives for the firm;
  • Supports the preparation and roll-out of new programs and initiatives across the firm;
  • Assists with all aspects of in-house training and signature learning events, which includes scheduling, logistics support, coordination, and preparation of materials;
  • Assists with the firm's CLE/CPD program offerings, maintaining required documentation for accreditation purposes, and preparing CLE application forms and documentation for in-house programs; and
  • Assists with other projects as assigned.

Qualifications:

  • Candidates should be pursuing a Bachelor's degree (preferred);
  • Strong proficiency in the Microsoft Office Suite;
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills;
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to prioritize multiple projects; and
  • Research skills and Internet search proficiency are desired.

The hourly wage that we expect to pay for this position is $20.00 per hour.
