Joinus as our new Internal Systems Coordinator

This position will support onboarding range bulk products andnon art-work packaging GIN'sfor the Wausua, WI location. It will also coordinatepre-planning efforts for new product launches.

In this role, you'll make an impact by:

  • Managingand coordinatinginput to cross functional teams to deliver range bulk products to our customers including preparation of necessary documentation needed for internal use

  • Managingand coordinatingonboarding of new non-artwork packaging item set ups

  • Preparing project timelines to be shared with sales.

  • Assistingwith documentation review to ensure accuracy and adherence with FDA regulations

  • Managingand coordinating pre-planning for new product launcheswith Project Coordinators, Procurement and Scheduling.

  • Facilitatingand overseeing internal project initiatives

  • Providing general K2 support

  • Establishing, organizingand filingproduct profiles.

  • Supporting sales, production, QA, QC and other internal stakeholders

  • Performing other duties as assigned

To succeed you must hold:

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of education andexperience.

  • Ability to work effectively as a team player in a diverse work group.

  • Basic knowledge of GMP compliance, documentation and quality systems.

  • Working knowledge of ERP or MRP is preferred.

  • Two years' experience with Project Coordination

  • Ability to be proactive with a sense of urgency.

  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment that is continually changing priorities.

  • Excellent communication, organization, planning, project coordination, time management, analytical, problem solving, computer and follow up skills.
