So how can you contribute as part of the ShareFile team? We are searching for someone who can help us make a little magic for our customers and their clients every day. We want someone who is customer-centric, data-driven, able to work cross-functionally, and approaches obstacles with passion and curiosity. In the Digital Enablement Manager role, you will ensure the marketing team is leveraging all the digital tools available to drive the most efficient and effective programs.

This includes:

  • Drive overall marketing enablement strategy of digital marketing technology to enhance the efficiency and effectiveness of marketing programs

  • Empower marketing team to be more productive in their roles by creating a system to equip, train and coach them on best practices to fully leverage technology platforms

  • Lead the business strategy for a connected digital experience, understanding full system capabilities

  • Own Google Tag Manager (GTM) and create request intake process for digital marketing tag/tracking needs.

  • Create tagging best practices for internal tracking and external vendors

  • Manage Google Analytics implementation via GTM

  • Design, develop, and implement solutions for marketing team to enhance user adoption and increase productivity

  • Create/consolidate business requirements and facilitate conversations with Operations and IT delivery teams on scope and timing

  • Communicate complex user needs and product enhancements to third party vendors

  • Ensure proper monitoring and integrity of end-to-end data flow

  • Identify technology gaps and partner with IT teams on possible solutions

  • Manage the intake and resolution process for technology issues, coordinating across organization and teams as needed to address

Basic Qualifications:

  • Minimum of 8 years of prior relevant experience

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Technical experience working across various marketing platforms

  • Google Tag Manager and Google Analytics experience
