Position: Sales Training Supervisor

Reports To: Director, Sales

Location: Milwaukee, Wisconsin - Headquarters

SCOPE OF ROLE

The Sales Training Supervisor-SEALs prepares and executes training programs for our SEALs (Sales, Engineering, And Leadership), Sales Intern & Global Sales Team that align with strategic goals. The global sales team members consist of new hires and existing team members. In addition, they are responsible for recruitment, training, and completion of our SEALs early career development program. The role would support day-to-day functions to support products, system, services, and industry training utilizing a blended learning approach.


KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Manage bi-annual, SEALs early career leadership development program and focus on continuous improvement opportunities.

  • Develop and implement an effective instructional training roadmap using learning objectives based on role and experience level for our global sales team that align with strategic goals. Programs include, but is not limited to SEALs, FOUNDATION, SOLD AND SES (Sales Engineer Schools).

  • Manage and continuously improve various Sales Engineer Schools (SES), that support the SEAL program and other training needs. Content includes, but is not limited to, product & industry knowledge, sales methodology and sales tools.

  • Develop and implement performance assessments to ensure competencies are met specifically to each role. Assign and monitor all new hires and existing team members. Analyze programs to determine effectiveness and success factors (ROI).

  • Maintain a keen understanding of training trends, developments and best practices and apply towards continuous improvement opportunities.

  • Collaborate with cross functional teams to align, develop, and implement long and short-term initiatives.

  • Manage training budget specific to SEAL program and training events.

Requirements:

  • A bachelor's degree in business (sales or marketing preferred), training, communications, or relevant field

  • 5-7 years of experience in Sales, Marketing and/or development programs

  • Strong prioritization, organization, and project management skills

  • Self-starter, desire to learn, envision and deploy best in class sales onboarding programs

  • Excellent communication skills, including the ability to communicate across all leadership levels of the organization

  • Skilled in developing comprehensive sales enablement content

  • Knowledge of sales tools including Salesforce (or similar CRM), ShowPad, Power Bi, MS Office

  • Managing Execution/Plans and Aligns: Plan and prioritize work to meet commitments that are aligned with organizational goals

  • Influencing People/Communicates Effectively: Deliver multi-mode communication to target audiences

  • Ability to drive Continuous Improvement / Performance/ Drives Results
