Rhinelander Printpack has an opening on shift for a Press Assistant. This position will be on the 12 hour shift schedule and report to the shift supervisor. Preferred candidates will have some experience, technical skills and knowledge of t he converting process. Job Responsibilities include but may not be limited to Preparing raw material rolls for printing Placing rolls

The position will follow the shift assigned and will functionally report to both the Plate and Ink Leads, with performance review duties being split between those positions/depts. This position entails all the job duties of a Plate Maker/Mounter as well as the duties of an Ink Technician, and will float between tasks in the plate and ink departments. Minimum Requirements

Proven results with quality tools and methodologies for solving practical manufacturing problems i.e. DMAIC. Lead and assist project teams to implement, standardize, and sustain process inefficiencies while reducing variation.
